Or maybe Ruth Bader Grizzly? Over the weekend, someone adorned one of the Fountain at The Circle’s grizzly bear cub sculptures with a collar reminiscent of those famously worn by the late Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (see the attached photo).

In general, we discourage anyone from going onto the fountain island for any reason, or from doing anything to the island or the fountain to alter it or distract passing vehicles for safety reasons.

But in the wake of Justice Ginsburg’s passing, we will leave this small memorial to her in place for now.
